What is this Enzyme Sytem exactly ?
Developed by a Scandinavian research team, the Permanent Hair Removal System newly enhanced enzyme-based formula, featuring the synergistic proteolitic enzymes Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, provides efficacy higher than any other product of its kind on the market, including first generation enzyme-based hair removal products and costly laser, IPL and electrolysis treatments.
According to independent laboratory tests, the Enhanced Enzyme System has 5-10 times higher enzyme activity than any other existing treatments, and a complete series of Permanent Hair Removal System treatments costs less than half of a complete series of alternative hair removal treatments.

All good things take time and the Permanent Hair Reduction System will work if the treatment protocol IS followed.
Successive and regular treatments are required over 16 to 24 months ( depending on the area ) to completely treat all targeted hair. After each successive treatment the regrowth time for remaining hair will be longer and the hairs finer and easier to remove. A noticeable decrease in hair growth will be visible after the fourth treatment.
To properly treat all hair follicles 2-4 week intervals between treatments are recommended for treatments on the face and 4-6 week intervals for treatments on the body.

One of the main beauties of this system is that it works on ANY hair, grey, white, blonde, red, carrot and the darker shades. So many guys have been turned away because their hair isn't dark enough for laser, well now they have the other option.
Anyone can be treated, men or women of all ages, skin type or color, or hair color or thickness – all can be treated assuming they have no contraindication to waxing.
The Permanent Hair Removal System uses natural enzymes and has been tested for adverse effects on human beings and no adverse effects were found.
For maximum results the System is used after a waxing where the hair is removed by the root. The hair must be at least 6mm in length to ensure an effective waxing, enabling the system's enzyme based gels to enter the empty follicles and break down the cells responsible for hair growth.
This system MUST be used in conjuction with your normal waxing regime.

The Permanent Hair Removal System consists of two gels – the Inhibitor and the Activator – both applied to the target area immediately after waxing, sugaring, threading or after removing hair from a smaller area, such as the eyebrows or the upper lip, with a pair of tweezers. Using the proteolitic enzymes Trypsin and Chymotrypsin in a proprietary formula accomplishes a biological process that breaks down the structure of hiar producing cells.
For lasting hair reduction, it is necessary to break down these hair producing papilla cells, located at the bottom of the follicles and accessible ONLY when hair is in its growth phase or Anagen Phase.
Waxing before applying the two synergistic proteolitic enzymes Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, leaves the hair follicles open and empty. When the enzymes reaches the papilla cells at the bottom of the open follicles, the cells are broken down, effectively preventing further hair growth and ridding the body of unwanted hair.
Hair growth is calssified in three stages: the Anagen, Catagen and Telogen phases.
During the Anagen phase the papilla cells connect with the base of the hair follicle and cause hiar growth. On average at any one time approximately 20% of the body's hair follicles are in the Anagen phase. During this phase when the growing hair is removed by waxing or tweezing etc, the papilla cells are exposed.
The Catagen phase is when the papilla cells retract from the follicle and the hair ceases to grow further.
The Telogen phase is when the body expels the dead hair.
During the Catagen and Telogen phases the enzyme system is ineffective on those specific hair follicles as the Papilla cells are unexposed and unreachable.
A treatment with the Permanent Hair Removal System takes approximately 1-10 minutes, depending on target area. As not all hair cells are active at the same time, regularity of treatments every 4-6 weeks over a 12-24 month period is necessary to effectively destroy ALL hair cells during their growth cycle.
The timeline for individual results will vary.
Successive and regular Enhanced Enzyme System treatments are required over 12 to 24 months to completely treat all targeted hair through a complete 1-2 year hair growth cycle. After each successive treatment re-growth time for remaining hair will be longer and the hairs finer and easier to remove. A noticeable decrease in hair growth will be visible after the fourth treatment. Note that clients may have a temporary increase in hair growth following the first treatments as the body is reacting to the treatment. This will allow for increased efficacy during the subsequent treatments and even more visible results.
Depending on target area, hair growth cycles, and hereditary hair traits the timeline for individual results may vary. Not all hair cells are active at the same time and the Enhanced Enzyme System only treats hair that is visible at the time of treatment. Dormant hair follicles can be treated when they become visible and are again active in the anagen phase.
To properly treat all hair follicles with the Enhanced Enzyme System 4-week intervals between treatments are recommended for treatments on the face and 5-6-week intervals for treatments on the body.
Note that certain factors can cause new future hair growth – hormonal changes, during pregnancy or menopause, as well as use of certain pharmaceuticals such as HRT and genetic predispositions for future hair growth due to the aging process – and may require additional treatments.
After a Permanent Hair Reduction treatment, follow the same skin care regimen you would after a regular waxing including:
- Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds for 24 hours
- Do not use perfumed creams, selftanners, make-up or deodorant for 24 hours
- Do not remove any hair between treatments, including shaving
